📋 Auction Terms & Conditions – BidBid.ca (BidBins)

These terms apply to this specific auction event. By placing a bid, you agree to all conditions below.

🛒 1. Bidding & Participation

• You must be 18+ to bid.

• All bids are final, binding, and cannot be canceled or retracted.

• If you win, you are legally required to pay for your items.

• Listings close one by one every 20 seconds at the advertised closing time.

• If someone bids in the last 60 seconds, the listing auto-extends by 60 seconds.

💳 2. Payment Terms

• Payment is due when the event ends.

• If your payment does not go through within 7 days, your account will be suspended.

• Accepted payment method:

  • Auto-charge after event closes (online card on file)

  • or online payment via your BidBid account.

• Prices are in CAD and subject to tax.

• No buyer premiums. No hidden fees.

• Cancelled items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

• Unpaid invoices after 7 days may be forfeited, restocked, and your account suspended.

🚚 3. Pickup Rules

Pickup Hours:

• Tue – Sun : 12 PM – 6 PM

• No Pick Up:  Mon

Pickup Requirements

• All items must be paid and picked up within 7 days.

• Items not picked up on time may be donated or restocked.

• First-time buyers must show government-issued ID.

• Authorized pickups are allowed with invoice + ID.

Need More Time?

• Paid orders may be held for one extra auction cycle (up to 14 days).

• Payment must be completed before the first Sunday after the event closes.

• Requests must be emailed to admin@bidbid.ca.

🚚 4. Inter-City Transfer 

Inter-city transfer allows moving your paid items from this store to another BidBid pickup city.

Eligibility

• Invoice total must be $150+ before tax.

Transfer Fee

• Each destination city has a fixed transfer fee (not shipping).

How to Request

• Email Admin@bidbid.ca after the event closes.

Processing Timeline

• Transfer shipments are processed the Monday following the auction close.

Restrictions

• Fragile, heavy, or oversized items may not qualify.

🔁 5. Returns & Warranty

Krazy Dealz offers a 30-day warranty from the auction close date for:

• Electronic items

• Mechanical items

• Items misrepresented in description/photos

Return Requirements

• All returns must be brought back to the pickup location (2900 Steeles Ave E, Markham) for processing.

• No mail-in returns are accepted for this event.

Returns Are Accepted ONLY If:

• The item does not function as described

• Key components are missing but not noted

• There is major undisclosed damage

Returns Will NOT Be Accepted For:

• Buyer’s remorse (wrong model, size, preference)

• Items damaged after pickup

• Missing packaging

• Claims without photo/video proof

• Items sold AS-IS, Untested, Final Sale, Past Best-Before

MSRP, retail price, and external links are not guaranteed and are reference only.

Claim Rules

• Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of auction close.

• Pickup-day damage claims must be made on-site before leaving.

🚫 6. Defaults & Violations

• Cancelled items → 10% restocking fee

• Unpaid after 7 days → forfeited, relisted, or donated

• Paid but not picked up within 14 days → forfeited, no refund

• Fraudulent returns → account ban + possible legal action

• Repeated no-shows → suspension or permanent ban

At BidBid.ca, pickup is the default method for all orders. Limited shipping and inter-city transfer options are available under specific conditions.

Paid invoices may be held for one extra auction cycle (up to 14 days) only if payment is made within 7 days.

📦 Shipping to Home (Optional)

Shipping to your home is available only if BOTH conditions are met:

1. Your invoice total is $150+ before tax

Invoices below $150 are pickup only.

2. Your items can safely be shipped

Fragile, oversized, heavy, or restricted products may be refused for house-shipping.

Shipping Fees

• Shipping is not free.

• Costs depend on weight, size, and destination.

• Shipping fee is calculated and added to your invoice after you request it.

• We ship using Canada Post or ChitChats.

• Tracking is provided when available.

How to Request House-Shipping

After the auction ends:

1. Check your invoice

2. Email your pickup store

   • For this location: admin@bidbid.ca

3. The store will calculate shipping cost

4. Your invoice will be updated

5. Once paid, your order will be shipped

🚚 Inter-City Transfer (Between BidBid Cities)

This service moves your paid invoice from the seller’s store to another BidBid city.

Eligibility

• Invoice must be $150+ before tax

Transfer Fee

• Each city has its own fixed transfer fee

• This is not Canada Post shipping

• This is store-to-store transfer only

How It Works

• Requests must be submitted after the auction closes

• Email: admin@bidbid.ca

• All transfers are processed every Monday following the auction

• Pickup will occur at your selected destination store

Restrictions

• Oversized, very heavy, fragile, or sensitive items may be refused

• Items marked “Pickup Only” cannot be transferred

🕓 Processing & Delivery Times

• House-shipping: Typically 1–3 business days after payment

• Inter-city transfers: Processed every Monday

• Delivery timelines depend on the carrier

💳 Payment & Storage Rules

• Payment is due within 7 days of auction close

• Unpaid items after 7 days may be forfeited or relisted

• Paid items not picked up within 14 days are forfeited (no refund)
