1. ✅ Eligibility

  • Users must be 18 years of age or older to register, place bids, or make purchases on BidBid.ca.

  • By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and current.

2. 🛒 Bidding & Auctions

  • All bids are final and legally binding.

  • The highest bidder at auction close is obligated to pay for the item.

  • Bid manipulation, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the auction system will result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.

3. 💳 Payments

  • Payment is due within 7 Days of auction close unless otherwise stated.

  • Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Debit (in-store), Cash, and Interac e-Transfer.

  • All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and subject to applicable Canadian taxes.

  • There are no buyer premiums or hidden fees.

4. 🚚 Pickup & Shipping

  • Items must be picked up within 7 calendar days of the auction closing date.

  • Pickup location: Each Auction Will Have It's Own Location Shown In The Auction Event & Map

  • Pickup hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Closed Sundays)

  • First-time buyers must present valid government-issued photo ID at pickup.

  • Failure to pick up within the deadline may result in item forfeiture and re-listing, with potential account suspension for repeat violations.

Shipping Policy Overview:

  • shipping within Canada is available on orders, if:

    • All items are marked “shippable”

    • Total bundle weight does not exceed 25 lbs

5. 📦 Item Condition

  • All items are sold “As-Is” unless stated otherwise.

  • We strive for accuracy in descriptions, but do not guarantee item completeness, appearance, or functionality.

  • Items marked “Final Sale,” “Untested,” or “As-Is” are not eligible for return.

6. 🔁 Return Policy

Eligibility:

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item is defective or significantly not as described

Process:

  • Contact support@bidbid.ca within 7 days of pickup to initiate a return.

  • Provide clear photo or video evidence and explanation of the issue.

Condition:

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original components included.

Exclusions:

  • No returns for buyer’s remorse, or any product sold as “Final Sale,” “Untested,” or “As-Is”

  • Physical damage after pickup disqualifies eligibility.

Resolution:

If your return is approved, we may issue a:

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

  • Refund, depending on the case

All returns are at the sole discretion of BidBid.ca. Abuse of this policy may result in account suspension or legal action.

7. ⚖ Limitation of Liability

  • BidBid.ca is not liable for any losses, damages, injuries, or misuse of products purchased through our platform.

  • You agree to use any items at your own risk.

8. 📵 Intellectual Property & Use of Content

  • All content on BidBid.ca — including listings, text, logos, and images — is owned by BidBid.ca or its content partners.

  • You may not reuse, distribute, modify, or copy any content without express written permission.

9. 🔒 Account Suspension

  • BidBid.ca reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, suspicious activity, or unpaid invoices.

  • Defaulting on payments or fraudulent returns may result in permanent bans.

10. ✏ Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any updates.
