How to Bid

New to BidBid.ca? Here's everything you need to know to start bidding and shopping today!

1. Create an Account

You must register before placing a bid. Signing up is fast, free, and only takes a minute.

2. Browse Auctions

Check out all live auctions on our Home Page. Each item includes photos, condition, retail value, and a countdown timer so you know when bidding ends.

3. Place a Bid

Click into an item, enter your maximum bid, and click Submit Max Bid. We’ll only increase your bid automatically if someone else outbids you — up to your max.

4. Win the Auction

If your bid is the highest when the timer ends, you win! Your item will appear in My Invoices. (Most be signed in to view)

5. Pay & Pick Up

Check your invoice and pay online or in person. Pickup instructions and hours are listed. Shipping is available on selected items.

6. Buy Now Deals

Want it right now? Skip the bidding and shop discounted items at fixed prices in our Buy Now section — it's our online discount store. First come, first served!

7. Visit Often

We post new auctions and Buy Now items regularly. Check back often so you never miss a deal.
