📋 Auction Terms & Conditions – BidBid.ca (Krazy Dealz Event)

These terms apply to this auction event, together with the sitewide BidBid Terms & Conditions and BidBid Protection. By placing a bid, you agree to all of them.

🛒 1. Bidding & Participation

• You must be 18+ to bid.

• All bids are final, binding, and cannot be canceled or retracted.

• If you win, you are committed to paying for your items.

• Listings close in sequence starting at the advertised closing time. Bids placed in the final moments automatically extend that listing's closing, so last-second sniping doesn't win — the highest willing bidder does.

💳 2. Payment Terms

• Your invoice is issued when the event ends and is due by the deadline shown on the invoice (7 days).

• Pay online from your BidBid account — payments are processed securely by Stripe.

• Prices are in CAD; applicable taxes are calculated on your invoice.

• No hidden fees — every fee is shown before you bid.

• Cancelled items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

• Invoices unpaid after the deadline may be cancelled and the items relisted, and repeated non-payment leads to account suspension.

Pickup Hours:

• Tue–Thu: 10 AM – 6 PM

• Sat: 10 AM – 6 PM

• No Pick Up: Fri, Sun, Mon

Pickup Requirements

• Pick up your paid items within 7 days of payment.

• Need more time? Request up to two automatic 7-day extensions from your account. Anything beyond that needs the seller's approval.

• If the window and extensions expire, the order is cancelled and refunded minus the 15% restocking fee, and the item may be relisted.

• First-time buyers must show government-issued ID.

• Someone picking up for you? They need your invoice + their ID.

• Test your items at the counter before leaving. Wrong-item and visible-damage issues are resolved on the spot — and only on the spot.

🚚 4. Getting It Delivered Instead

• Store-to-store transfer: choose it at checkout — a flat transfer fee per destination city is shown right there. Transfers are processed every Monday; pick up at your destination store within 7 days of arrival.

• Home delivery (Ontario & Quebec): choose it at checkout where offered; the delivery charge is shown on the listing and at checkout. Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days of payment.

• Oversized, very heavy, or fragile items may be pickup-only; items marked “Pickup Only” cannot be transferred or delivered.

🔁 5. Returns & Warranty

Every purchase is covered by BidBid Protection (7 days for items significantly different from their description). On top of that, Krazy Dealz offers a 30-day seller warranty from pickup or delivery for:

• Electronic items

• Mechanical items

• Items misrepresented in description/photos

Return Requirements

• All returns come back to the pickup location (2900 Steeles Ave E, Markham) for processing.

• No mail-in returns for this event.

Returns Are Accepted ONLY If:

• The item does not function as described

• Key components are missing but not noted

• There is major undisclosed damage

Returns Will NOT Be Accepted For:

• Buyer’s remorse (wrong model, size, preference)

• Items damaged after pickup

• Missing packaging

• Claims without photo/video proof

• Items sold AS-IS, Untested, Final Sale, Past Best-Before

Claim Rules

• Warranty claims: within 30 days of pickup or delivery, through the site messenger (see below).

• Pickup-day damage claims: on-site, before leaving.

🚫 6. Defaults & Violations

• Cancelled items → 15% restocking fee

• Unpaid after the invoice deadline → order cancelled, items relisted

• Pickup window + extensions expired → refunded minus 15% restocking fee, item relisted

• Fraudulent returns → account ban + possible legal action

• Repeated non-payment or no-shows → suspension or permanent ban

Free store pickup is the default for all orders. Store-to-store transfers and home delivery are available at checkout — you choose, and the price is shown before you pay.

📦 Home Delivery (Ontario & Quebec)

• Choose home delivery at checkout where the listing offers it — the delivery charge is shown on the listing and at checkout, before you pay.

• Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days of payment.

• Fragile, oversized, very heavy, or restricted products may be pickup-only.

• Inspect and test your item the day it arrives — your doorstep is your counter.

🚚 Store-to-Store Transfer (Between BidBid Cities)

• Choose a transfer at checkout — each destination city has a flat transfer fee, shown before you pay. This is a store-to-store service, not courier shipping.

• Transfers are processed every Monday following the auction close.

• Pick up at your destination store within 7 days of arrival (same extension rules as regular pickup).

• Oversized, very heavy, fragile, or sensitive items may not qualify; items marked “Pickup Only” cannot be transferred.

💳 Payment & Storage Rules

• Invoices are due by the deadline shown on the invoice (7 days from auction close); payment is online through your BidBid account, processed securely by Stripe.

• Unpaid invoices after the deadline may be cancelled and the items relisted.

• Paid items past the pickup window and extensions are refunded minus the 15% restocking fee and may be relisted.
