Hub Auction Terms — BidBid

Who this event is for. This is a retail event: single-unit, open-box lots. Anyone with a BidBid account may bid.

What you are buying. Every lot is condition Open Box, graded as inspected. Photos and the description show the actual item. Review each lot before bidding.

Choosing your city. All items are located in Toronto. At checkout you choose free pickup in Toronto, Montréal or Richmond Hill — the transfer to your city is free — or delivery to an Ontario or Québec address. Transferred items are ready for pickup on Tuesday after the Sunday close.

Bidding and fees. Every lot starts at $1 with no reserve. No hidden fees — every fee is shown before you bid. Taxes are charged based on your chosen pickup or delivery destination, exactly as shown at checkout.

Payment. Winning bidders are charged automatically at event close through Stripe using the card on file. Keep your card current before the close.

Pickup. Bring your invoice pickup code — it is shown on your invoice and sent to your BidBid messages. Pick up within 7 days; the window can be extended twice, 7 days each time, from your invoice. No pickups on Mondays.

Returns. If a paid lot is not picked up by the end of the extended pickup window, the order is refunded minus a 15% restocking fee — paid lots are never forfeited.

Delivery. Ontario and Québec ship-to-address options are shown with their exact price at checkout — you choose at checkout, nothing is arranged by email.
